The Importance of Structured Workouts
A lot of us athletes are more adhered to structure in the base phase than we are later on at the specialty phase. But if anything, we should be more adheredto structure in the specialty phase than anything else. We end up dosing ourselves with a lot of extra stress and looking at that is the biggest red flag here. Ivy's had a huge increase in recent TSS coming into this event like double your recent TSS. And it was your historical high when you should have been tapering. So I just think this is kind of missing the forest for the trees.
