Is Intermittent Fasting an Eating Disorder?

I wouldn't recommend it for most athletes, but I think it can be done in a way that is moderate and acceptable. It's still helpful and reggogenics. Just because you only eat a couple of meals a day, it doesn't relegate you to this or promote you to this description. There are plenty of people who live off two meals a day and even endurance athletes who don't have to label it intermittent fasting.
