You can have what's called a non pathological insolent resistance at the muscle level. That means, yes, your muscle is not taking up as much glucose as it normally would. But if you're not doing a diet that has a high amount of carbohydrates in it, you probably don't really have to worry that much. And most likely, on the other hand, your fasting blood lucose is probably going to be higher. If we measure it insolent or like s peptide, which does a litle bit more, longer duration, those are probably going to be elevated also.
