The Health Benefits of Strength Training for Bodybuilders

The main benefit to bodybuilders so long as they're using maybe some higher repetition work or some lower absolute intensities is there for their health. Think of steady rate cycling as opposed to higher intensity stuff and if you do the higher intensity stuff then i would make it maximal in terms of your perceived exertion. Something like a wingate sprint would be a perfect example of people who aren't familiar with that that's just a series of 30 second long cycling sprints against quite high resistances.
