What Does Culture First Mean?
Culture amp is not only to go and amplify what 100 million people are capable of. It's to build a culture first company at scale, right? And one of the things that matters is the impact we have on others. The analogy I use is actually the Golden State worries. They won two championships and they shot more threes than anybody had ever shot. That block was pretty impressive.
