Is There a Limit to Habit Stacking?
You need to be selective in what habits you are going to try and create, because you cannot do everything. The traditional advice regarding habit stacking would be, just add one more thing on top of those. But i think there's a limit even in that, where you have to stop adding things at some point. And if you're going to start adding things, you're ong tohav tstart removing other things. It is very easy to hear about something like journalling or meditation, or whatever it is, and say, that sounds like the thing for me. I mean, i think that'sa, that's good advice.
