The Buddha talks about the different states that four different parameters we have as can lead into. meta seems to be actually, there seems to be my impressionist, what's important is to enjoy people. I noticed that if you know that sort of sometimes you go into town and you've got the sort of oldest moralizing mind on all these people are consumers and happy. But actually if you drop that, most people actually enjoy it all right. Most normal people actually quite good. You go to the shop, the shop assistant enjoys their contact with you.
