The Importance of Understanding Pendo's Product Usage Data
Rick is data trusted, and he's the custodian for our tagging. I was just, I always have to call Rick out when he's being too modest. Our product usage data only means something and is only valuable for business insights because of his work. And so, if I'm understanding it correctly, what you're saying is that everybody in Pendo are actually their intern, their users off the Pendo product.
