Work out what your relative strengths and areas for development are would be the first thing second thing I'd probably go to are you having good conversations with yourself in training and racing very basic. The pros just don't let small things wet the small stuff so much, try and nurture a calmer way of thinking when it comes to your training if a session doesn't go so well yeah you know it's disappointing but get it in context and like make the next session better.
