There's some cross-sectional data suggesting that those who eat over in a 11-hour or shorter time window have I think it was a 36% reduced risk of breast cancer recurrence. Volter Longo has pioneered something called the differential stress sensitization theory. It's this basic concept that if you fast cells, healthy cells, prior to chemotherapy and radiation, so before chemotherapy and radiation starts, it causes the healthy cells to go in this self-protective mode where they upregulate their antioxidant defenses.
