How to Form New Beliefs
A belief is a thought that you've repeated over and over such that you now put trust in it and that you believe it so question number phase number one is just question the belief. Then there's assumptions big assumptions or beliefs that drive i guess you could say these commitments or identities which are driven by your identity. And then this is where the more of the subconscious stuff is this is hidden commitments that you have which are in direct opposition to this and these hidden commitments are a lot deeper grooved which are leading to these behaviors.
