How to Watch Football Without Drinking
A lot of people who went through our residential program would start decoupling because you didn't not watch football in Florida. It's just one of those things. There's random associations. You wouldn't think of football triggering an urge necessarily, but it can. What can you do? Well, start being more mindful. Practice being aware of your surroundings. Remember, awareness is the first of those four parts. The sights, the smells, the sounds, even the time of day, and how you feel internally. Are you hungry? Are you tired? Are you in pain?"
