Almost all 99.9% of the multivitamins on the market are made from synthetic vitamins. Synthetic vitamins can be just as easily be harmful as, as healthy. My general feeling about it is that you should get your vitamins from your food. If you're getting organic food or growing a lot of your own food, you're getting a lot of vitamins.
