Isn't That the Saddest Thing About Being Active as You Age?
Men at large aren't very proactive when it comes to health a, injury management. We tend to want a solder on wich, which isn't the best thing. And especially if you like training and want to keep doing this as you age, the longevity thing s ka. The saddest thing that i say is peple just keeping up entirely on being physically active. I had a client years ago who was skened better in his seventies than he was in his fifties. That's why i say when we get older, it's even more valuable.
