When you guys talk about 800 grams of protein or 800 grams of roasted vegetables, I don't know how much I was a banana is a hundred grams, right? A melon, like, is a half a kilo. It's a pound. Wow. So suddenly you what you've just done, if you ate four big apples, that's about 800 grams. But you know, we can suddenly say, well, hey, eat the rainbow. What's in season? Yeah. Run that experiment for me.
