I love intermittent fasting. I actually do intermittent fasting based on my chronotype. Because I'm a wolf, I start eating much later and I can continue to eat later because I stay up later. So what we did in the book was we tailored your intermittent fasting schedule to your chronotypical bedtime. We found that that's been very effective for many people. And then if you're an early riser, you should stop eating earlier and start eating earlier as well.
