How to Train at the Minimum Lactate Point

The most oxidative fibers are almost all at work right before the body switches to more glycolitic fibers and that's when the blood stream or the blood lactate increases in the bloodstream. The higher the level of the athlete the best it is to stay a bit far away from the upper limits of the LT1 because you cannot strain every day slightly below the LT1. So close closer to your LT1 your first very close to the LT1 and the first inflection point if there is an inflection point in many cases there is.
