Between Asian and Western Perspectives

Jerry Yang: I became an Old Testament teacher because that was where I had the most questions myself. This is an ongoing journey to try and answer my own questions about how to read the Hebrew Bible properly. He says students were instrumental in helping him see that there's something about the Far East, what we would call the Far East which helps us unpack certain aspects of the Near East. The subtitle of Between Asian and Western Perspectives tries to capture a bit of that breath, but hopefully not sacrificing depth in the process.
