Most therapists believe it's an issue of the mind, but you can't separate the body from the mind. Trying to fix anxiety is like trying to bail water out of a rowboat that has a hole in the bottom. If you're gonna fix anxiety, you've got to go under and fix the hole. You've got to connect with that younger version of yourself and see them hear them,. love them and protect them... Any other thing is just bailing water out of that boat and your side on the heel.
