Doing Weighted Chin Ups Really Helps

I started lifting weights at 13 years old. I was obsessed with the stuff at a very, very young age. Once you're over a hundred pounds, for six to eight wraps on on weighted chins, you don't really have to keep pushing beyond it. So then doing more stern em pull ups, going a bit lighter, pullin the chests of the bar,. getting a bit more thickness, or doing some rows helps. And the last thing i found really helped, and is help, wheni hurt my hand, was a infared do wen. Infered produces inflammation. And like, makes a big difference f u give it inpared light. It literally doesn't work
