The 3P Performance Appraisal

The 3P performance appraisal system would reward high achievement as we do now. The first P does that, but it also honors kids who are growing over time. And the third P is separate, but also one that we want to honor. In my idealized world, we would not only have reports or marks on those 3Ps, but we would have honor roll for all 3.
