Is There a Difference Between Sad and Good in Emotions?

There are plenty of things in life that feel bad or uncomfortable but aren't actually bad or are actually good for us sometimes. We're really, our brains are really powerful. They do some things without us knowing it. So you can subconsciously feel like the problem is my boss is the biggest jerk in the whole world. But what's really inside is maybe, oh, I feel insecure. And so then those emotions, sadness or fear or insecurity are really uncomfortable and we tend to cover them up with "I'm just a bad person"
