It's all about being personalised and when you feel like you've got a good understanding of how you work, you're then able to make the best out of what you're doing. So it's just about creating the right tools to give people that personalised experience. I think we have learned a lot from dealing with the external customer and not understanding things like regana touch, don't it? You know, tech talk is a really big channel for us. We can learn a lot from the external marketplace and what do our customers want? What are we trying to move towards in terms of hyper personalisation?"
