For me, it is usually like body weight protein. And the fat content, i don't even count it, to be honest. A lot of it comes from the meat and a like random things here and there. Then it's kind of filled with carbs. I'm honestly not very strict, like ye blake, no, i'm not. Used to track my macros meticulously, and i burned out. Now i just hit calars and protein and just kind and just, i don’t avoid fat. Within reason. But obviously, ultimately, having a like for you? Yes.
