The language that made sense to me was thinking of it as a shift in my experiential center of gravity where what I was experienced didn't change as much as the center of gravity that my attention would just organically keep returning to To a full commitment to experiential intensity Well, that's a practice, you know, I I wouldn't say I'm fully committed to
