The Shift in My Experiential Center of Gravity

It wasn't some Uh sort of immediate Sort of earth-shaking experience like some people report for me. It was more gradual things Just were Shifting away from Being so unconsciously fascinated with what I was experiencing toward more frequent moments of Being aware of and curious about how I was relating to What I was experiencing. The language that made sense to me was thinking of it as a shift in my experiential center of gravity where what I was experienced didn't change as much as the center of gravity that my attention would just organically keep returning to To a full commitment to experiential intensity Well, that's a practice, you know, I I wouldn't say I'm fully committed to
