"I actually think what it is is a indictment of the limitations of psychotherapy, which is like, yo, great start. It is not wrong that this is how these things occur, but it is wrong that knowing how they occur heals them," he says. "If I didn't have breathwork or psychedelics, the best thing I would have would be psychotherapy." 'You know the root of everything and you can't help with anything,' another patient tells him. "'This is maybe an inciting incident for you to ... do these things that I think actually help' That's right medicine? You're talking about something really serious here.' And so we go on from there.'"
