Somatic Mindfulness - Trust in the Body
To let go requires a trust in what is there that will hold you. Many of us have had a history, all of us probably at some point right of getting sick and feeling betrayed by our body. So we need to build trust in the body. The meditation practice does that for us in to some extent. Thereis also a connection between trust and meditation practice. I think that connection is deeper and more important than maybe many of us realize when we first meditate.
