I Don't Think I Can Get That Top End
There doesn't seem to be really any gains of doing more than two high tensity sessions per week. You can you can maybe see a little bump for a few weeks, but it's not sustainable. And the other thingi point out, i used to work with speed skaters, and speed skaters do a lot of racing. Its very high, you knowis its short race nd. We'r not going to take away that top in, but we're going to add to it with a broader base.
