The Benefits of Music for Exercise
Researchers have found that listening to music during exercise is helpful. Scientists call it a you know an ergogenic benefit an ergogenic aid to exercise like a legal doping or something and well coffee right like even just legal caffeineright yeah if you can't do a workout without caffeine what does that mean i mean i love caffeine and i love working out after having caffeine but once in a while my brain says hey you've got to cut out the caffeine for a week or two because you're you know and so i do and i i miss it terribly but you you do it because there's something there to be learned.
