How to Set Up a Sales Process?
Ovingit really depends a bit on your industry. If you're an investment bank, hav also products that you sell. After a certain threshold, you need to have a sales team. Where's this boundary? Wat, what would you say? What's the ticket size where you should actually start having your own sales team? I think it's important as a start of that least one of the fones, typicall the co is always selling themselves. Because you need these learning cycles to find product market fit. And you need to be at the front line to learn what to incorporate into the product and so on....
