It's very common to get facial angiofibromas; they're often over the bridge of the nose,. And sometimes we see images of those on examination. Take a careful look at the hands. You can often see these ungual or peri-ungual fibromas in some patients. The thing about tuberous sclerosis is that it's sometimes not identified early on.
