Last November my brother Jake died at 36 I'm now in a month I will have outlived how old my older brother was which is a trip to even digest. Jake died from yes drugs ultimately though the behavior that led to the drugs was absolutely the whole himself away from the feelings of anger and despair and sadness, he felt he had never learned to witness that. We could probably have 10 conversations or episodes about anger and we're so crucial because without this awareness most of us don't actually get to experience life or love or genuine connection at all.
