Health Watch England - What You Found in Health Watch?

Jacob and Debbie are from Health Watch England, an organisation that speaks to patients about their experiences of services. What we want to do today is draw out some of those key themes and then maybe discuss, okay, what can we do to actually make some change or implement things for the better? So in summary, the research showed that a way to make people unhappy is to provide them with slow access. To make people happy though, we need to keep them informed and give them effective treatment and effective emotional support.
