People with elevated l p little a tend to have what's called hyper coagulability. They have an ability to form blood clots better than someone who doesn't. The second benefit is probably that, going back to those licene binding domains, they're amazing scavengers. And it would be the case today that maybe we're in a higher inflamatory environment.
