The Importance of Reading the Menu
Ed Vids reads menus online when he's not going to the place. Sometimes just in an evening, sitting in, he'll read the menu of a place he might like to go to one day. Dream starter would be his dad who used to have a restaurant called the lemon tree. And every time we would go, I'd always get the tomato tart and they would drizzle the same basil over the top.
