Dana: I can't think of any scale-up companies that are less than like three years old that are doing good customer advocacy. It's not one size fits all really, some metrics we measure they should be but the way that you go about it and what you want to happen is your end outcome which might be completely different to the way someone else has done it. You need to feel back all the layers and break down those silos of messy data before you can even dream about attributing it or tracking the revenue.
