The Problem With P&H Clone in a-Plastic Anemia
P&H is a clonal chromatopoietic stem cell disorder. It's caused by a mutation in an excellent gene called piggy. The product of that gene is responsible for the biosynthesis of GPI anchor proteins. If you're missing CD55 and 59, especially 59, your red cells are going to lice.
