The Economy Between Service Design and Usability

The most used software to do journey maps in organization is microsoft excel. The reason for that is accessibility. They don't need to be perfect. They need to be accessible So that was was kind of my mission then to create something which is both accessible And looking good enough so we can actually work with that. I think we should not waste time in creating beautiful deliverables With the only exception that at some point it might be used for as a communication tool and for the wide organization for example. But that's the only occasion when a beautiful artifact makes sense for the design process itself.
