It's Just Harder to Fire a Client

The process itself is seldom fun, although i think we need to be really respectful about how we do it. The same is true with firing a client. You get huge relief when you fire them in your head, even though you haven't told them yet. And then you actually fire, and you get this second shot of a gentleman because it's done. It starts with just recognizing that there are two stages here...you kind of want to take advantage of both.
