The Self-Care 2-Datto Workshop - What's the Backstory?
The workshop itself is really comprised of three pieces. The first thing that we really focus on is understanding the research around stress and performance. Second piece we go into a practical understanding of our nervous system. How does stress impact our nervous system? What's the state change that we experience in our physiology? And then the last piece is how can we use that knowledge to apply to creating a proactive map for our own needs related to stress and resilience.
