Time restricted eating is a way to improve your metabolic health. If it does fit in with your lifestyle, now what those small studies haven't shown is whether you can actually sustain that long term. And I think the practic allerts sorting out how you do this for your life long term is much more important than some minor metabolic gameThat would be impossible to sustain. So far, modest restriction of the time seems to work pretty well for me. It's looking like this could be my long term. Way to go.
