How to Calculate a Sales Cat Ratio
Terminal sales productivity is how much ARR was closed per fully ramped rep. The other way to look at that ray is actually my preferred way, which is look at the sales to marketing expense ratio. If I'm trying to watch how much bang do I get for a dollar of sales versus how much bangdo I get fora dollar of marketing, I would tend to looking at the sales expense divided by the marketing expense and watch that trend over time.
