Can of Worms - I'm a Can of Worms.
I'm amazed that no one's really done a proper Michelin star food in a can. Well, actually, I think maybe Heston Blumenthal or some of these kind of well known chefs will have done it. Some of what I mentioned, the spam and the canned green bean casserole comes less from the book canned than from a book I have coming out in February called US History in 15 Foods. The chapter on Jello is my turn of the 20th century food because Jello is a much earlier product but has an amazing story to tell.
