"I was going through burnout and I felt like I had hit the sort of the edge of my productivity," says Dr. Michael O'Mara. "Mindfulness is a huge, huge part of my workflow." He adds that when we're at work, people are just trying to not think about home but they can't get their thoughts down. 'We never take time to be mindful and celebrate the good things we only think about,' he says.
