Budgeting a Prototype for a Fixed Price
People are so terrified of saying no i work this way to a protective client but as long as there's logic behind that. They will ask you for it yes they will because they will make hiring decision based on the some sort of budgeting idea. If you don't like me you can take away the document that i've produced with the discovery phase results and go to somebody else you've lost nothing right? So they love it because it reduces their risk right and it differentiates you from the competition and it's more realistic as well.
