Mindfulness Can Support Awareness Building

The first days of mindfulness, I was looking at my clock every 15 seconds wondering whether time was up because it's really hard. Over practice, I was able to do a 10-day solid meditation retreat. So all of this work around diversity, I put in inclusion, can feel really disempowering because we have a lack of practice. Mindfulness can support that because it's the awareness building. And so I invite us into a little bit of a meditation that allows us just simply to find a sense of inner strength within us.
