The Pros and Cons of CrossFit
CrossFit is in essence, P90X with barbells. It's done for the effect that it produces on your body today. Once ever six weeks is not a frequent enough exposure to get you strong. The random nature of CrossFit prevents it from being considered strength-trank. We deal with CrossFit people all over the country. Lots and lots of these affiliates are very good gems but lots of them aren't.
