For me, it was as though there was deeper levels of my own personality. I think feeling like maybe a little ashamed in a way to not have my shit together is congruent with my mom's general approach from at least my projection. And for the most part, you know, so many different people, they'll be 50 years old, 40 years old, whatever,. Like older people, until I had that experience, I didn't know what was going on. So I personally would recommend people like actively seek out those, like, rights of passages of sorts.
