Do You Want to Be a Cheese Monger?

Carlos: Not everyone can have already some food all the time. So it's like if you do want to support a smaller farm where you do want that closer to home type of cheese, you're going to need to find your local farmers market. Carlos: By buying from different places at different scales, you are incentivizing different types of producers as well. And I think that's super important for not only the diversity of in the marketplace, but also to maintain a food system that hopefully is more just for for everyone.
