How Do You Build Trust With Your Customers?

In most cases, it was our customers talking about us, right? And that had two benefits. One, of course, I mean, that builds trust at least 10x more than if I went and said, I have a great product, right? Versus the customer saying, hey, I'm using this, right? Like, they don't even have to say anything else. Even if there's a thread around, hey, what do you use for doing this task? And somebody says, well,I'm using this. You're much more likely to go check it out.
